01READING RULE
Official records define platform facts; reviewed footage can support only what is visible.
Community sources add clearly labelled help and corroboration. When the public record does not settle a stat, method, or date, the site uses Not confirmed instead of turning a repeated name or video title into patch notes.
Date is part of the evidence
A video label is incomplete without the date or source record beside it. If a later platform signal appears without a detailed changelog, the older video remains useful as a dated observation but must not be silently promoted to a current-build guarantee.
