Choose the scenario first
Decide whether you need acceleration, observed top speed, compatibility, range, availability, or cargo performance. The public benchmark answers only some of those questions.
Review the eleven engine chapters in a 2026-08-31 A desrt creator benchmark, its Normal Gearbox conditions, timestamped observations, and downloadable source-scoped data.
PUBLIC-SOURCE PLAYER GUIDEThe reviewed August 31, 2026 public benchmark covers Lada, Engine-E, SMZ, Engine-L, Engine-U, Electric, Injection, Van, Engine-H, Engine-D, and V8. The creator states that all runs use Normal Gearbox and Buggy runs use off-road tyres. Those overlays are creator observations, not a site gameplay test or an official engine roster. Use the downloadable extract for source, timestamp, vehicle, tyres, acceleration, and top-speed scope.
No independent gameplay test for A desrt All Engines Guide: this answer is based on public Roblox records and dated public footage. Video observations are credited to their creators and never presented as this site's own playtest.
The badges beside each claim use one site-wide five-state method. Read all five definitions and the source hierarchy.
| Field | Current answer | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Dated reviewed source | August 31, 2026 creator balance benchmark with eleven engine chapters | Shown in a dated video |
| Gearbox condition | Normal Gearbox for every run in the August 31, 2026 creator description | Shown in a dated video |
| Buggy tyre condition | Off-road tyres because the Buggy uses them by default in the dated benchmark | Shown in a dated video |
| Official roster and universal ranking | No official engine table or one-condition universal winner is published | Not confirmed |
The August 31 creator description says car top speeds were adjusted because of a Gearbox Balance Update. That supports treating older speed tables as version-sensitive. It does not publish an official formula, a complete developer changelog, or controlled before-and-after values for every car.
The eleven rows below answer a narrower question: what did the visible overlays show for the recorded engine-and-vehicle pairings? Ten rows use Buggy, Normal Gearbox, and off-road tyres. The Electric row uses an SMZ Microcar with standard tyres, so its 5.350-second acceleration result must not be inserted into the Buggy acceleration order.
Every value stays attached to its engine, vehicle, Normal Gearbox condition, tyres, source timestamp, and creator-observed label.
| Engine | Vehicle | Setup | 0–100 km/h | Top speed | Source | Scope |

| Engine-E | Buggy | Normal GearboxOff-road tyres | 13.866 s | 224 km/h | 08:50 | Creator-observed |
| SMZ | Buggy | Normal GearboxOff-road tyres | 50.183 s | 131 km/h | 14:15 | Creator-observed |
| Engine-L | Buggy | Normal GearboxOff-road tyres | 9.683 s | 196 km/h | 18:05 | Creator-observed |
| Engine-U | Buggy | Normal GearboxOff-road tyres | 10.883 s | 224 km/h | 21:20 | Creator-observed |
| Electric | SMZ Microcar | Normal GearboxStandard tyres | 5.350 s | 142 km/h | 23:45 | Creator-observed |
| Injection Engine | Buggy | Normal GearboxOff-road tyres | 20.433 s | 196 km/h | 29:05 | Creator-observed |
| Van | Buggy | Normal GearboxOff-road tyres | 26.816 s | 196 km/h | 34:35 | Creator-observed |

This original 5-stage map summarizes A desrt All Engines Guide. Use the detailed steps and timestamped ledger below for scope and verification.
Decide whether you need acceleration, observed top speed, compatibility, range, availability, or cargo performance.
Use Normal Gearbox if comparing directly with the August 31 dataset.
The downloadable CSV links every extract row to `iHBj8VvITlI` and a timestamp.
A number belongs to the engine-and-vehicle pairing shown in the overlay.
Updates, gearboxes, tyres, routes, load, and damage can change the result.
Each sourced detail stays within what the linked record actually shows; open questions remain labelled.
Decide whether you need acceleration, observed top speed, compatibility, range, availability, or cargo performance. The public benchmark answers only some of those questions.
Use Normal Gearbox if comparing directly with the August 31 dataset. Buggy rows use off-road tyres; other tyre states should be recorded rather than silently normalized.
The downloadable CSV links every extract row to `iHBj8VvITlI` and a timestamp. The middle of the Van-engine chapter can be reviewed around 31:40; the final reviewed V8/Buggy overlay appears at 52:25.
A number belongs to the engine-and-vehicle pairing shown in the overlay. Do not move a Buggy result onto a Sedan or Van without a controlled run.
Updates, gearboxes, tyres, routes, load, and damage can change the result. Save your own current setup and compare on one route.
Check vehicle, gearbox, tyres, load, route, damage, server build, and whether the overlay recorded the same acceleration interval.
Check whether the other number belongs to the same update date, vehicle, gearbox, tyres, route, direction, load, damage state, and acceleration interval. Keep differently configured records dated and scoped instead of averaging them; a table with only an engine name and speed is a lead for a separate reproduction test, not a replacement for a timestamped row.
Preserve the visible label. Do not merge Engine-E, Engine-L, Engine-U, Engine-H, or Engine-D with an alias without stronger evidence.
Use the separate Gearbox Pro guide. The August 31 dataset explicitly uses Normal Gearbox.
The A desrt All Engines Guide ledger describes what each link can support—not what its title appears to promise.
Confirms the old-garage repair premise, procedural desert, solo and multiplayer modes, and the instruction to press R to start the engine. It does not document the feature-specific workflow on this page.
The August 31, 2026 creator footage covers eleven engine chapters and discloses Normal Gearbox plus Buggy off-road tyre conditions.
At 52:25 the visible overlay reads V8, Buggy, 0–100 km/h 10.866 seconds, and top speed 262 km/h under the creator's disclosed conditions.
Files preserve source, timestamp, conditions, and evidence scope so creator observations are not mistaken for site tests.
The 2026-08-31 creator video has eleven named engine chapters. That is not the same as an official complete roster.
No. The creator description says all tests use Normal Gearbox.
No. They are timestamped creator-observed overlays transcribed into a source-scoped download.
Not automatically. It makes undated or differently configured values unsafe to compare directly. Preserve older records as historical evidence and use the August 31 dataset only for the conditions shown.
The Electric result uses an SMZ Microcar with standard tyres. The comparable ranking uses Buggy rows with Normal Gearbox and off-road tyres. Changing the vehicle breaks the direct comparison.
No. It is an eleven-chapter creator benchmark. Official roster completeness, aliases, acquisition, fuel use, cooling, compatibility, and long-distance efficiency remain separate questions.
