Visible overlay comparisons
It shows the highest Buggy top-speed row, fastest Buggy 0–100 row, eleven reviewed labels, disclosed gearbox and tyre conditions, and a timestamp for each result.
A dated explanation of the August 31 creator benchmark, its eleven engine-and-vehicle overlays, and the limits that keep those numbers from becoming universal statistics.
CREATOR-OBSERVED / NOT INDEPENDENTLY TESTEDAn August 31, 2026 Eric Labirth video describes a Gearbox Balance Update and shows eleven timestamped engine-and-vehicle overlays. In the strongest comparable subset—Buggy, Normal Gearbox, and off-road tyres—V8 has the highest visible top-speed overlay at 262 km/h, while Engine-L has the fastest visible 0–100 time at 9.683 seconds.
These are creator-observed results. They are not DarkCodes studio statistics, a complete Roblox changelog, or this site's own gameplay test.

The creator description says car top speeds were adjusted as part of a Gearbox Balance Update. It does not provide an official formula, a complete before-and-after table, or a guarantee that every current server behaves identically.
This page therefore assigns no percentage buff or nerf. It records the visible post-update overlays and the conditions disclosed with them.
Every row reuses the same reviewed dataset as the All Engines guide.

The downloadable CSV and JSON remain on the All Engines guide.
Ten rows share the broad Buggy, Normal Gearbox, and off-road tyre setup.
It shows the highest Buggy top-speed row, fastest Buggy 0–100 row, eleven reviewed labels, disclosed gearbox and tyre conditions, and a timestamp for each result.
It does not establish fuel efficiency, range, acquisition, beginner value, compatibility, resource requirements, Gearbox Pro performance, or a complete engine roster.
A different number may come from an earlier build, another vehicle, Gearbox Pro, different tyres, another route or slope, a different load or damage state, another acceleration interval, or an undocumented method.
This checklist is a method, not a claim that this site completed the run.
Save the engine and vehicle labels visible in the current server before comparing a result.
Use Normal Gearbox when comparing with this dataset; keep Gearbox Pro in a separate record.
Retain the Buggy's off-road tyres or clearly record a different tyre configuration.
Use one route, direction, start point, finish rule, load, and visible damage state.
Record the same 0–100 interval and visible top-speed overlay.
Repeat the run instead of keeping only the fastest attempt, then save the build date and evidence link.
Check the vehicle, gearbox, tyres, load, damage, route, slope, direction, server build, and acceleration interval before assuming the engine changed.
The Electric row uses an SMZ Microcar, not the Buggy. It belongs to a separate setup and cannot lead the Buggy acceleration order.
Use the separate Gearbox Pro guide. Every August 31 row on this page uses Normal Gearbox.
Keep the exact current label. Do not merge Engine-E, Engine-L, Engine-U, Engine-H, or Engine-D with an alias without stronger evidence.
Keep that number dated and attached to its original setup. It may use another vehicle, gearbox, build, or method and should not overwrite this row without a comparable reproduction.
An official New Update event exists, but the feature-by-feature balance wording used here comes from the August 31 creator video, not from a complete DarkCodes studio changelog.
V8 has the highest visible top-speed overlay at 262 km/h. Engine-L has the fastest visible 0–100 overlay at 9.683 seconds. Both answers belong to the disclosed Buggy, Normal Gearbox, off-road tyre setup.
The Electric row reaches 100 km/h in 5.350 seconds, but it uses an SMZ Microcar with standard tyres. It cannot answer the Buggy-only acceleration question.
No. This page transcribes timestamped creator-observed overlays and explains their scope.
Not confirmed. The source does not provide a universal percentage or complete before-and-after formula.
No. They can remain useful historical or setup-specific evidence. Keep them dated and separate until the same configuration is reproduced.
Supports the game identity, creator, premise, modes, and official R input. It does not publish the eleven benchmark values.
Supports the event identity and scheduled window. It does not provide the detailed balance formula used by this page.
Supports the creator-described balance wording, disclosed Normal Gearbox condition, Buggy tyre context, and timestamped overlays.
Preserves all eleven rows, setup fields, source timestamps, CSV, JSON, and creator-observed label.
